Job Description

Plum is seeking talented sales professionals to sell Plum to new customers and change the industry. The rep will be assigned a distinct territory comprised of luxury and upper-upscale hotels. You will focus exclusively on prospecting to accelerate pipeline growth and driving revenue growth by winning new customers. Daily calls (cold-walking, email, phone and networking) and weekly presentations (online and in-person) is the sales activity required to establish relationships with multiple decision makers and win new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a regional sales plan to contact new customers
  • Conduct daily sales calls
  • Identify multiple decision makers and establish relationships with them
  • Convert luxury and upper-upscale hotels into a pipeline
  • Conduct weekly sales presentations – define ROI and articulate business value to new customers
  • Win new customers to achieve quota
  • Refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying and closing techniques
  • Build and maintain your customer/prospect list and pipeline in Salesforce
  • Support deployments and collect feedback
  • Travel: training, sales presentations and trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Extensive hospitality sales experience and proven track record of success
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • SFDC proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a lean infrastructure
  • F&B-wine experience (preferred)
  • Start-up experience (preferred)
